This equipment is true to its claims. I use it whenever I sit to sip my tea or work at my computer, which I do a lot all day. This has reduced the cramping effect I used to experience when my leg muscles would freeze, forcing me to walk with a limp. With Elipse one that has stopped. My mom also uses it and at 95 she could barely walk 20 feet. It took her 2 minutes to get there. Using this has reduced her groaning while walking by 90%. This looks very promising for my mom and me. I'll recommend this to anyone over 50. Even office birds that sit in their chairs for a stretched period of time. My brother in law also wants to order it. I am so glad that I purchased ellipsefit and use it at least twice a day. Truly enjoying my exercise kit and will look forward to using my cane. It is so smart.

I have tried it for about 3 days starting on a couple of minutes and ramping it to 10 and 15 minutes each time. Before if I sat in my office chair which is a $!200 executive chair i would get up eery 20 to 30 minutes and sometimes longer with my calves and thigh muscles frozen for a 0.5 to 1 minute before I could gain some normal mobility. After using Eclipse One, that has drastically minimized, and I think it may even help me move to my treadmill and bench press that has been calling me every day.
