Equipment great, customer service sucks
I wanted to use gift cards to purchase. I was told you can only useone card for payment. WTF. I had 3--$100 gift cards and was told you can't use them. That's bullshit. I will tell everyone, great product but the beginning purchase left a bad impression.

Ellipse exercise cycle
I'm impressed about this Ellipse exercise cycle. It's helping me out so well, that I'm learning to walk again after an incident I acquired. My cycle is so smooth and easy to use.

Just started to use. Easy enough to operate - I like the fact that you can use with power or manual.

Remote Not Working?
Used couple of times. All worked fine. Now can't get Ellipse into operation. Has received power, OFF light shows but no light on Remote when attempting to start Ellipse. Have put in 2 sets of new batteries & yes, double checked I had them in correctly. Please contact me with help. Thank you.
