Absolutely the best thing I’ve ever purchased! Been using for a week and my legs and booty are sore. That’s speed 1, 500 steps, forward and backward. I’m using for rehab so going slow! And I have to say customer service is exceptional! You contact them and they immediately get back with you and resolve the issue.

I like the elipse but found it moves a bit too fast for me, but I use it.

I LOVE this machine. I use it almost every day. I can feel my legs getting stronger and I actually notice having more energy too. I love the passive exercise. This is a great product. I recommend it to everyone!!!

Pros: great customer service, great product, easy to use, is helping building strength around my severely arthritic knees, I sincerely think as long as you put the commitment in us I g it that it is a very effective product! Cons: sincerely have no cons!!

Would recommend this to anyone!!!! With no great excursion I am doing 6k+ steps per day! My legs have a tendency to feel "wobbly" at times but since using this product...nothing! Highly recommend. Buying 1 for my mom as an early Xmas gift.
