I purchased this for my husband who has issues with Orthostatic Hypotension. This is a great way to exercise in a seated position. It took me 10 minutes to assemble and it feels like a good quality machine. He like the remote control that has 3 speed levels and the display that counts the “steps” encourages him to increase from the day before. Hopefully, this will add strength to his legs after a lengthy hospital stay. I am glad we purchased it.

Been using my Ellipsefit for about a week now and I already feel I’m walking better. My stride feels faster and I’m able to walk more than before. So far I have used it for 30 Minutes a day, about 4000 steps. And I plane to reach 10,000 steps in a few weeks. This was a good investment for my health.
