Love it!!! I do 5000 in the am and again in the pm. It goes so fast because I read or play on the phone. I have restless leg syndrome and I think it has helped with that too.

Quality Machine
I purchased this for my husband who has issues with Orthostatic Hypotension. This is a great way to exercise in a seated position. It took me 10 minutes to assemble and it feels like a good quality machine. He like the remote control that has 3 speed levels and the display that counts the “steps” encourages him to increase from the day before. Hopefully, this will add strength to his legs after a lengthy hospital stay. I am glad we purchased it.

This is the best thing ever, me and my partner use it while watching TV just to keep stiffness and back circulation from. Setting in our knees , smooth no jarring movements, no problem setting it on the carpet , no slipping and sliding. Best purchase all year
