The package deal I purchased (Ellipse Exerciser) is well worth it! The easy assembly instructions are very helpful. It's a convenient way to exercise in the comfort of your home and very quiet. I wish the cord to the outlet was much longer. I will get a power surge box strip with a long cord to plug in the outlet. You want to be very comfortable with the unit plugged in properly before starting the unit! I love this exercise device and hopefully you will too!

I have been using the Ellipse twice a day for 4 days, and feel that I am strengthening my legs. Great purchase. One thing not using or useful to me are the foot straps.

I have been using this for a week. While working from home. This product is awesome. I use it 5 minutes every hour and 30 minutes during lunch. It has really helped my mobility and the swelling in my legs. I highly recommend this.
