    the product seems really good, I can't use it because I have had 3 knee replace on my right knee and the knee will not bend with the movement of the product

    I am trying to get an address to return the product because I can't use it, it says leave a message and someone will call you back within 48 hours and no one has called me back yet, i left another message today, I need a return address to ship the product back and can't get one

    Work great. Really keep foot on pedal. Only complaint is that I think they should be standard when purchasing the Ellipse instead of having to purchase them separately as an accessory.

    Definitely glad I bought the foot straps. This little machine.,,even on the mat...has a habit of creeping away from you.
