    This is so easy to use. Just set it in front of TV and watch while pedaling or reading a book. Very useful and stimulates the legs

    Love this machine as I can use it manually or plugged in. I use it sitting at my table as I’m on my computer.. I have lots of problems with my back and spinal stenosis, I’m hoping it will make my legs stronger so I can walk better. It was easy to put together.

    Love it,the only thing is that the off light always is running.. should turn off total. In P.R the electricity is going up every month

    Bought as a gift for post operative leg strengthening. Not sure of effectiveness yet but very quick delivery and arrived as pictured. Great that mat and remote are included.
